Recruitment Process

The most important goal of our company, which takes its power from its employees, is to bring qualified manpower to the institution. In this regard, our aim is to employ candidates who meet the qualifications required by positions related to a fair evaluation method.

Applications made in line with the qualifications required by our open positions are evaluated. Eligible candidates conduct their second meetings with the Unit Manager. After the reference researches, job offers are made to the candidates whose results are positive.
